ADKAR® Model
We utilize the ADKAR® Model to plan and guide change activities, manage resistance effectively, equip people with a common language for change, diagnose gaps, and measure progress. The ADKAR® acronym represents an outcome-oriented change management method that aims to limit resistance to organizational change through:
Awareness of the need for change
Desire to participate and support the change
Knowledge of how to change
Reinforcement to sustain the change
Ability to implement desired skills and behaviors
